Ordering

Maxim products can be ordered easily and quickly in the webshop. Each product has an order button to place the product in the shopping cart. When your shopping cart is complete, press ‘View Cart’ and follow the steps to place an order. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Delivery Time

The delivery time in the Netherlands is 1 – 2 working days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code, which you can use to track the order.
Please note that a longer delivery time applies around public holidays.

Please note! If you are not at home, in most cases the package will go to the nearest PostNL point. Here, the package will be kept for you for a maximum of 7 days. After that, it will be returned and we are unfortunately forced to charge shipping costs again. Keep an eye on your Track & Trace, here you can always find when and where your package will be delivered.

Shipping Costs

With an order of at least € 50, – shipping in the Netherlands is free. So you don’t pay shipping costs! See the table below for shipping costs to other countries in Europe.

Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the package, provided they are unopened. The return costs are at your own expense. The amount you paid will be refunded. If you want to return your order, please contact us.
